Week of September 11-15, 2017

Welcome to another GREAT week at Ac2E Middle School! This week in 7th Grade Reading we will finish the novel Tuck Everlasting on Tuesday.  Make sure you study for the exam on Tuesday!  We will also be starting a new novel, The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton on Wednesday, make sure you have the book by Wednesday! We will also be working with characterization. Below is the schedule for the week ahead. Let's have a great week!

• Read Chapter 2 and answer questions

FRIDAY:

• Characterization foldable activity in interactive notebook
• The Outsiders Chapters 1-3 Vocabulary
• HOMEWORK
• Read Chapter 3 and answer questions

Week of September 4-8,2017

Welcome to the second week of school.  I am very excited about this upcoming school year and I know all of my 7th grade students will do their very best in my class.  This week will continue to work with our summer reading novel 'Tuck Everlasting' by Natalie Babbitt.  We will also be working with various reading concepts such as conflict and character traits.
